About me

My approach to therapy includes a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) orientation that focuses on helping clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, beliefs, and behaviors that contribute to emotional distress. Through evidence-based techniques, I empower clients to develop healthier coping strategies, improve self-esteem, and build resilience. My work is solution-focused and my goal is to teach individuals the tools and strategies they need to manage current challenges and prevent future setbacks. I always strive to create a strong and supportive therapeutic relationship that promotes positive growth and enduring change.
