We will then collaborate to develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs. Individual therapy sessions provide a confidential and supportive space where you can explore personal challenges, develop coping strategies, and work toward emotional well-being. Sessions are typically 45 minutes and through these one-on-one weekly sessions we focus on addressing your unique concerns, whether it's managing stress, anxiety, depression, or navigating life transitions. Individual sessions can range in frequency and length depending on your personal needs and situation.

Parent training sessions offer guidance and support to help parents/caregivers develop effective strategies for managing challenging behaviors, improving communication, and fostering a positive home environment. Parents learn practical tools and techniques to enhance their parenting skills and build stronger relationships with their children. We can also address specific concerns such as discipline, emotional regulation, and setting healthy boundaries.
